Great Lakes Deceivers
The Great Lakes Deceiver is a 21st century version of Lefty Kreh’s timeless pattern. We tie them in standard, 4″ jointed, 6″ jointed, and 8″ versions. Easy to cast and showing a big profile, the fly is usually the first one we tie on in the morning and often it’s still there at the end of the day (although a bit mangled). We have colors to match the predominant baitfish and some great attractors too.

Great Lakes Jointed Deceivers and MaraDeceivers – 4″ Length
New variation of one of our most productive patterns and 4″ size with weighted helmet really fit a need! In low water or bright conditions this is just a killer pattern for big browns. Also in low light when depth is not needed fishing these on a floating line can be very productive for big browns. Mid summer floating lines with a long leader and these are our top Smallmouth Bass streamer. The MaraDeceiver is a new variation of one of our most productive patterns and 4″ long. Marabou has been used along with buck tail giving the fly more action at slow speed. Fly is not weighted at all and ideal for running just below surface or with a heavy sink non weight fly has lots of action with slow strip.

New size and new colors to one of our most popular patterns! The 6″ Jointed Great Lakes Deceiver is so much lighter and easier to cast than the 8″ model. It still has that huge profile in the water and is one most productive big fish patterns in the White River. We have added some great new salmon colors – fire tiger, green/white, black/chart, chart/white, glow, and cotton candy. Just a perfect size for casting long distance on big rivers for browns.

Rattling Murdich Minnow
The Rattling Murdich Minnow is one of our most productive patterns for trout, smallmouth bass, salmon, lake trout and lake run browns. This is a Umpqua pattern but we have added four new custom colors in fire tiger, rainbow, shad and brown trout. The trout colors are a very productive fly on the White River in Arkansas for TROPHY browns and in the Big Waters of Au Sable River. The Shad has been one of our top producers on the White River during shad kills.
